Little Bridge House, Barnstaple provides respite care for children with life threatening illness and their families throughout the Southwestern peninsular of England. A fine new building was opened in 1995, following a capital appeal which raised £5m. Although this sum included £3m to finance revenue costs, a point was reached in 1999 when annual running costs exceeded voluntary income.
Sandcliff was called in to recommend a strategic framework for future revenue fundraising and to identify specific opportunities and advise on their introduction.
